Charles Donald Rhodes March 23, 1930 - December 5, 2020 It is with heavy hearts and great sadness, we announce the death of Charles Donald Rhodes, of Placerville, California, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Charles lived in Culver City CA. and Melbourne FL before settling into retirement in Placerville CA. where he lived with wife of 55 and a half years until her passing way on June 4, 2016. He is survived by his son, Charles A. Rhodes and stepchildren Marlene White and Richard White. Chuck loved working on his many cars and trucks as well as tinkering in his garage. He also enjoyed the many years working alongside his wife gardening and tending to their fruit trees. They loved selling their vegetables and fruit on the honor system in a stand on Cold Springs Road.
